EVOCASH PROBLEMS?!?!?!?

IA M TRYING TO SEND FUNDS BY MY EVO.. now it is telling that i need to enter a transaction code.. never been given one.. i tried to enter my transaction id but, it will not take it.. has anyone had this problem and how do i retrieve my id.??

the transaction code is a different password from your login pw, you should have set it when you opened your account; log into your account and seek help concerning what to do if you forgot your TC
