CPAP - bloating and gastric problems

These pressures all sound very high. I averaged 67 events an hour before the machine. Now .3 with it at 6.5 psi. I have the face/nose mask. I had gas in the morning maybe a handful of times over the year. No noticeable bloat.

I have found previously that if I have set pressure too high, my air app shows an increase in events

I bloated a ton when I wasn't consistent with it, and when I was using nasal pillow setup. I've been using the full face mask, and from what my Doc said my machine is an APAP where it adjusts accordingly in real-time. That said, my cousin uses the nasal mask just fine. As another member said finding your average pressure throughout the night could be a starting point.
