Exemestane question(s)

Exemestane seems like something useful. Similar to Adex but without all the nasty stuff to do with lipid profile, but from what I'm reading it works well in conjunction with nolvadex. I'm at a loss for effective doses, as well as bothering with clomid. All this PCT of course. So I'm wondering what the best protocol for an Aromasin and Nolva (and clomid?) would be for a 12 week of 1g test. I figure

Aromasin 1-4 25mg/day
Clomid 1-4 50mg/day (maybe a higher dose for the first week?)
Nolva 1-4 20mg/day (same as clomid?)

Any help is appreciated!

you dont need the aromasyn that high , 10mg/day should be fine especially if your running nolvadex and clomid with it

THERE IS CONFLICTING ADVICE ON AROMASIN.. researchstop, who is very knowledgable says that 25mgs is about right for a dose that high of test.. many say, half that at 1000mgs of test would work fine.. hard to say without blood work.. start low and see what transpires.. if bloat ect is still present add 5 mgs.. and try it for a week or two.. ect..

thanks for the replys! I will make sure to start low and work up! Should I even bother with Clomid since there's evidence that nolvadex and aromasin work so well together? If I lose the clomid do i then up the aromasin dose?

Y the nolva and clomid during the cycle? I have used exemestan b4 and I do not think you wil need more than 25mg a day with 1gram of T. I would only use the exemestan and skip the nolva and clomid. I have used exemestan post cycle as well with great results. Exemestan is a much better choice than nolva or clomid imo

i'm talking PCT right now. For on cycle I would only use the exemestane, i don't see the use of nolva/clomid during cycle, i would rather eliminate the estrogen than just compete for receptors while on. I'm wondering totally for PCT right now

EDIT: when i said "1-4" i meant of the PCT time which would be 2.5 weeks after the last testosterone injection. Sorry for any confusion

i feel like i should also say i would only use it while on cycle if i started to see bloat or have any gyno flare up, the gyno i would probably use nolva and aromasin until things subsided, bloat i would just use the aromasin

Ok I thought you were reffering to on cycle. Ok well from my own experience of years of research. lol. I dont think you need the nolva + clomid pct. Hcg, clomid and aromisin r plenty. As far as on cycle you should stay on aromisin the entire time. You cant really keep aromisin on hand for when gyno flares up because aromisin takes like a week to reach steady levels in the body. There is really no need not to be on aromisin the entire time except for the fact that is kindy pricy. Estrogen is not needed to "bulk" despite what many will tell you. Estrogen leads to water retention high BP, enlarged prostate, moodiness. Ask the guys over at researchstop they can tell you better than I can

people will bring up the fact that estro is needed in some amounts for various anabolic responses.. but, the fact of the matter is very little is needed in this regard.. plus aromasin and other dont block 100% of estro.. so there will be enough to do its function..

dose reccomendations are not really conflicting, its really that there is a rather wide dose response between individuals. And while exogenous hormone will affect need, bodyfat percenatage, age and other genetic factors will often dictate more strongly dose response/curve.

lean, young males tend to need less. those with higher bodyfats and older, as well as those with female pattern fat storage (a sign of possible aromatase polymorphism) tend to need higher doses.

basically its more about the person, and their aromatase suppression needs. Than the specific dose.

so basically one would need blood work to determine estro levels and adjust?.. what i meant by conflicting reports are from individuals.. not medical journals ect.. i think in those individuals we must also take into effect where some of these guys are getting their aromasin.. quality will vary greatly in some ug labs ect.. the boards are full of varying dosages.. but like you said, response varies depending on alot of factors..

macro.. if a individual is in his 40's.. takes 750 test a week.. bf is roughly 14%.. you are saying that he would need say, 25 mgs a day.. as compared to a 25 years old , the same dose of test, and 10 % bf who might only need 12.5mgs a day? just throwing out numbers for comparison..

I did and it was not good, but it has been bad for a while. I switched from Arimdex to Aromasin about 60 days before the test so maybe my next profile will be better.

that would probably be fair estimation, however there are other factors than those that might skew things.

also if its lipid suspension uptake is higher (pharma tabs use a similar, though perhaps inferior delivery, UG tabs do not use), so in those cases (other than where lipid suspension is used) its MORE important that dose be taken with high fat meal (can make up to a 40% difference in plasma uptake)
