Expiration for Insulin....question

I'm sure this question has been answered but I wanted to confirm it.

I purchased Humalog, Jan 2006. I don't use much insulin, mainly three cycles a year at 8IU's twice a week for three weeks.

Well i have a LOT of insulin left and it's expiration date is Jan 2007. I have a lot of insulin left, like 75% of it.

It has been refridgerated the entire time and I was wondering if my Jan 2006 insulin will be good to use during my Jan 2007 period?

Anyone know? Thanks.

MY PERSONAL EXPRIENCE...

IV'E TRIED EXPIRED INSULIN BEFORE,AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.
INSULIN IS COMPOUND THAT YOU CAN FEEL IF IT'S WORKING OR NOT.
WORK YOUR WAY BACK TO YOUR NORMAL DOSE,AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF IF IT'S WORKING ,IF NOT DUMP IT! CAUSE SLIN IS FAIRLY CHEAP.
