Expired Somatropin

A buddy gave me some expired Somatropin, the date on the bottle says use before August 2006. Do you think this stuff would go bad after 10 months from the expire date? I was only using it as I am waiting to re-up on some blue tops and I haven't received them yet. Figured this may hold me over until I get them.

If it's been stored properly I would say it's still good. Expiration dates are subjective in many ways.

Each drug is different too.

Thanks for the link bro, I gave it a try and the stuff definately works. It felt much stronger than the blue I was taking.

It was stored in a dry place, but they were knocked around a bit and the powder disk on the bottom was broken. Luckily it seems to still be good.

i know in the US we send our expired pharmacy products like anitbiotics and other meds to 3rd world countries for them to use. they are usually good for another year or 2 after the exp date

I was taking 5iu's on the Kefei's daily.

When I ran out I switched to some doctor prescribed Somatropin a friend had laying around. I toned down the dosage to conserve until I got my next order in. I was taking 4iu's of the Somatropin and I had hot flashes, swelling of the hands, and pain in my knuckles. I didn't experience any of those sides at 5iu's of Kefei's.

REALLY????? I don't know what pharmacy YOU work for but IF this does happen (especially with scheduled drugs) I'd watch my license! Remember the FDA???

As far as Blue's vs Somatropin etc: I was taking Dr. prescribed HGH (Soma's) for 2 years when I switched over to Serostim which I managed to pick up and then to Keifei Blue tops when they were done. Guess what I noticed??? Why the hell should I pay $8/iu OR even
$5/iu when I can get the SAME thing for under $2/iu??? I say the same because I noticed absolutely NO difference whatsoever and I take a pretty good dose of HGH daily! But hey, spend your money how ever you want, it's yours! I DO know that there are Blue tops and BLUE TOPS! Guess it depends on the supplier as well.
