This may be no big deal to others but I wanted to share anyway. I thought of this the other day: It's a variation of the xtreme stretch for quads. I found by putting my one foot up on the stool I was able to further balance and pull myself forward, thus enabling the leg being stretched to relax more and get an even more extreme stretch. Plus by having the one foot up on the stool, my pelvis has a posterior tilt thus really getting the rectus femorus good.
