I told ya..pics are from HOME...my boss does laugh when I strip down in modules (I work in a jail)..she likes it..haha

Goals.....mmmmmm? U know..the impossible..lose 20lb fat, gain 20lb muscle...haha
My goal has always been...220-230lb with some visible abs...I would be tickled pink to compete around 195lb..around nxt june-august...

I have lofty goals, subpar genetics...and this is as "fat" as I wanna get....
I play hockey once to twice a week...so, not wanting a heart attack...lol

Phats, You have nice shape and thickness. I would like to see you at 20pounds lighter. I bet you would surprize yourself. You can do anything you set your mind too! I recently prove that to myself, when I got that shredded. It wasn't easy, but well worth the rewards. You have plenty of support on this board.

thanks guys..im stocked for sure... i was down to 219lb a few months ago...not sure what happened...lol...imi an emotional eater..f.ack

im down 7lbs since got real with the training and diet last week...
just 500mg enan and 40mg dbol...

my head is "in it" finally....stocked as hell to make some serious f'n changes and make up for lost time (injuries, family illness, newobrn...ect ect)
