Oh yeah, I havent gotten yours for a few months but I do like them...I ordered some ephridrine and caff. from a site a month ago, and made my own stack for pre workouts....

Do you think the reg. ephridrine is better or ephedra is better... or does it matter ???

bump whats the diff? I am getting a energy kick, but wonder if I need to add caffeine and aspirin to get the eca synergistic effect?

Ephedrine hcl is stronger than ephedrine sulfate..not by much

how can a fat burner help?
meaning, if you just diet longer won't you get the same results?
seems like logically if you speed up your metabolism (take a fat burner) you will get leaner faster (if diet is in check) but not necassarily MORE ripped, just FASTER getting there?????
i didn't use ANY fat burners last year in a contest and came in pretty lean.

this year i am going to use a fat burner and am curious to see how much it helps. -STEELE

A reason you can use it is for pre work out for a little boost with dieting down, it might be hard to get into the zone for a good work out.

If you get stuck at a weight and you need to go lower, the fat burner could help you get there too, it just speeds up your metab.

Try it, maybe you'll get more ripped. Only way to know.

I think it depends on the manufacturor. Ephedrine HCl @ 25mg is CERTAINLY going to be 25mg. If you get Ephedra, that's and herb standardized to be a certain mg/whatever weight. If you get a "weak batch" or a "strong batch", it could be an inconsistancy in the plant. They don't sit around and measure each capsule's herb potency. They DO take large amounts of the chemical ephedrine HCl and make tabs out of them though.

So basically, HCl is the way to go I think.
