I'm 230 and want to keep my size but lose bodyfat quickly. can anyone refer me to the info I need to do this? I';m @ 20% bf and want to get below 10%...how quickly can I do this?

O good healthy diet, sounds simple and it really is. You just need one that's geared towards your metabolism. Not one that you see in a magazine or something like that. First you have to figure how many calories you burn on average and then figure out what you need to maintain and get somewhere in between the two. Not really that hard. I would say have at least two meals with carbs, but I have to cause I do more cardio than most. You should up the cardio also if you want to do it quickly. I maintained good size going from 222 @ 11.5% to 216 @ 5.4% and I did it in 5 weeks. With no drugs of any kind, just food and protein powder. Granted it isn't a 10% decrease. But its a 6% drop in a rather fast period. Wish I did try "supplements" then cause it would have been great to see what would have happend.
