Pre bed is my weakness. I crave starches like a mofo at like 11pm. Chips,goldfish, crackers. All that shit sounds delicious so I usually try to make sure that im full around that time so I dont eat all that shit. Usually ill eat a few eggs or something with some cheese.

No problem bud! Lol. That stuff is addicting. Love to let it get soggy and then eat it.

My healthy snack though is either some greek yogurt or fat free cottage cheese with a couple ounces of roasted coco almonds.

dude put that bitch in vanilla flavored yogurt and your world will be changed.

Last year I discovered that I had cravings and creativity idea of a pot smoker (I had two huge pot smoking roommates and they loved my ideas).

Either 500g greek yoghurt with 50g alomonds or earlier in the day il take 300g cottage cheese and throw it in a blender with sugar free jelly and throw it in the fridge to make a pudding and have it along with 200g of frozen blueberries!

Same as every other meal. Brown rice, banana, veg,nuts tuna olive oil all mixed together with a nice big chicken breast. I always eat carbs pre bed. Only carbless meal is breakfast for me. If it's pre leg day I'll throw a couple of large sweet potatoes in there with some backed beans too. Always sleep well with lots of carbs pre bed.
