1. is the inslulin/ t3 supression purely dose dependant or to other things come into consideration (individual, length of cycle). if it is dose dependant,any rough guidlines- 10iu and above ??

2.gh has to be run about 6 months or so to se affects. but wouldnt it mae sense to run it during pct (4 weeks) as it will keep IGF levels raised?

3.Gh without aas?obviously better with, but any gud without? (no slin either)

4. it takes a few hours after Gh injection for igf levels to be raised so whats the point in pwo shots? whats the time difference with IM shots?
 
1. I would start with 5iu of slin and slowly work your way up.

2. I run it during PCT, didn't notice any quicker recovery times.

3. Sure it's good without, more for fat loss if not using slin or AAS.

Good answers. Hgh suppresses t4 not t3. Also, I'm not sure, but I think at doses of 2ius or higher, is when hgh starts to suppress t4 and makes slin sensitivity decrease.

1. You mentioned slin, I simply stated a basic guideline for using it. Thought that was your question.

4. I believe IM is 2 hrs, and SQ is 4-5 hrs to peak/spike. Or so I have read.
 
Hgh is definately worth it IMO. Especially if your in your late 20's and older because your body produces less hgh during this time. Also, AAS expands your muscle cells(from what I have read), it does not induce hyperplasia which hgh does. That being said, it's more likely that you keep your gains from hgh compared to AAS.

First of all hgh, without AAS is not going to produce big muscles. I never take slin or recommend it, my t3, t4 levels are natuarlly elevated, no need for that. Is hgh worth it? It depends what you are trying to get out of it. To me an individual at close to 49 can see more effects, than at 29, thus only 2iu per day, versus 6iu at a younger age. It is meant more for overall health, than anything, exspecially in older idividuals, more energy, tighter skin, etc. You do need to take for long periods of time, I say close to a year. It is expensive, but overall health benfits are worth it, especially at an older age.
