FIFA was/is so corrupt, they control the refs prior and during each game. Now they have their new reviewing tool(VAR)where they instruct the ref whether or not to use it, based on which team they pimp.

I see Croatia in the finals against either Belgium or Uruguay, I would love to see these last 2 crushing their opponents this coming Friday.
