You look great, the quads are very good, the upper body is also very good. Yes, work on the posing, mainly your posture, stand up a little straighter and hold the head higher in the side poses, suck in the abs more.

On the back double biceps pose, open the back, you're hold it with the clavicles kind of close toghether, spread them after you hit the pose, It's all a matter of practice and lots of it, so you do it without thinking about it, otherwise if you're on stage you may forget to do it, since there isn't a mirror up there.

Yeah i think I need to practice posing (a lot more than what I am doing) from here on in...

I'll put some more pics up in a couple of weeks time, hopefully would have made some more progress by then.
 
You look massive, dude - great shape for 8 weeks out. If you can loose some bf in the next few weeks you'll have amazing vascularity and striations! Great job - can't believe you are only 25 - how long you been doing this?

You look great bro. You should do great with a little posing practice. Focusing a little more on hams and calves in the off season will help in your next show, after you win this one.

I had a huge cheat last night, left me nearly unable to move without being sick.
No more of them from here on in I think.. I'll practice some carbing up instead.

Without sounding repetitive, upper body very good and biceps have great shape...remind me of Arnies biceps.

Im no one to criticise, but thicken them legs up and the package will be complete. That being said, your well on target and im sure you'll do well.

Waist looks tiny too...overall....Impressive:)

Update; 5 weeks 5 days out

Thanks again for the positive contributions...

Even though this is the first time i've done this, I'm fairly pleased with how I'm coming in.

I did a semi-calculated load (shitload) last night... Even though I felt full as a house during and after, I felt too guilty to keep it going this morning. I woke up still full and filled out a bit more during training today. I'll have to fine tune this over the next couple of weeks, maybe even practice the water manipulation, to exact the protocol for load pre-comp.
