First cycle after 5y of natural training.

Hello,

I am going to do my first cycle after 5 years of training. I am european and I started at 15-16 y/o.

I aim to do this bread and butter cycle :

Weeks 1-12 : Testosterone Enanthate (500mg/week)
Weeks 1-10 : Deca-Durabolin (400mg/week)
Weeks 1-4 : Dianabol (30mg/day)

PCT :

Week 13-16 : HCG (1500 iu monday/wednesday/friday)
Week 13-19 : Nolvadex (20mg/day)

My height : 5'11
My current weight : 211 lbs
before to start this cycle, I am trying to be a little bit leaner.

Don't I need an anabolic like deca ? (even for lubrificating joints)
Dbol as a kick starts ?

I have written my diet and I aim on my first cycle to get 4820 kcal with this macro :

490g pro
490g carbs
100g fats

40/40/20 ratio.

I can eat all the healthy food that I want, it's not a problem.

Ok, Btw, after reading BIG A "Growth Principles", I re-designed my cycle and my diet.


Weeks 1-12 : Test E (500mg/week)
Weeks 1-10 : Deca-Durabolin (400mg/week)
Weeks 1-4 : Dbol (30mg/day)
Weeks 1-16 : Exemestane (6,25mg/day)
Weeks 4,8,12 : HCG (500iu/day during 10 days)

PCT : Weeks 13-14 : Nolvadex (40 mg/day)
Weeks 15-16 : Nolvadex (20 mg/day)

HIT Training as BIG A Said.

I will reduce carb from 490 to 300, and stick with 500g pro. fats don't matter. (just essentials fattys acids )

i would only use one compound in your first cycle. test only. if you use 3 and you develop a side you wont know where it is coming from and how to combat that properly. try to use a food calculator for your diet. its the best way to take the guessing out of it. fitday.com has one and its free to use. keep nolva on hand for test sides .

Oh ok I understood the principle of using only one compound. Right, Test E at 500mg/week so ? same PCT and running exemestane or aromasin through all the cycle ?

If you want the best advice on training, diet, ect. you should hire IFBB pro Phil Hernon. He charges $250 for a year's worth of training. Cant get better than that for your situation.

Hell yeah it's very cheap. Yeah in my opinion I am going to hire him...I have to see if I can afford it, but in my opinion it should be ok.

8h45 : 500mg ALA, 50g Vitargo, 10g creatine, 2 Animal Pack, 2 tabs chromium + L-cartnitine, 5g omega 3-6-9
9h00 : 60g whey, apple compote, orange juice, 1 orange, 1 kiwi.
11h00 : 50g protein-blend (eggs white, casein, whey, glutamine peptide), 100g oatmeal
11h30 : Pre-Training : Olive oil, 2 tabs Chromium, L-cartinine, a good pre-workout products, 5g bcaa.
12h00 : TRAINING
13h00 : PWO Shakes : 50g vitargo, 10g glutamine, 10g creatine, 10g bcaa, 500mg ALA, 2 tabs chromium+L-carnitine.
13h15 : 70g whey
14h15 : 200g meat, 100g brown rice (dry), 50g whey.
16h15 : 50g protein-blend (eggs white, casein, whey, glutamine peptide), 100g oatmeal, oilive oil.
18h15 : 50g protein-blend (eggs white, casein, whey, glutamine peptide), 150g vegetables
20h15 : 200g meat, 200g vegetables
22h15 : 50g protein-blend
00h15 : 50g Casein, ZMA

Before I was on HEAVY carbs all time. I got a damn gut. I am bored of it. I am going to try a cleaner bulk ( but not a pussy-ass bulk like 140lbs guys do feared of eating an ounce of carbs). I don't progress anymore (or just a very very little bit) , I have tried A LOT of training. I am a little bit stuck. I really want to put my physique on another level, and It's why I read a lot about aas, peptides, gh, slin, diet, training a lot since few years ! And now, I feel 100% ready for that.

I can promise you that you will end up saving money going with Phil. His program will shave years off from doing things by trial and error on your own and you will grow faster in one year with Phil then 5 by yourself.
