Ok before we get started a little information about myself. This will be my first cycle, I have been lifting seriously for several years and dieting very seriously the last few months. I have been doing a lot of research on a Test-E cycles on other boards but have been getting very wishy washy responses everyone saying to do something different. I know everyone has their own opinions but there has to be a general consensus somewhere. A good friend recommended that I join this forum and post up my questions for serious answers, so here it goes.

Here is the cycle I have ordered (can order more if need be)

250mg Test E per week.
Havoc for an oral (first 4 weeks)
Nolva for pct.
I do not yet have an HCG because I am not sure if I really need one.. like I said I’ve gotten mixed opinions.

Will 250mg test e a week be enough? I plan on splitting injections between mon/thurs (so 125mg per inj) I have heard that with this small of a dose i will have lost my gains by the time i am done with PCT would an HCG help me with this? Or should i just bump up to 500mg a week?(I would prefer not to go above 500mg)

Also would havoc be a good oral to start off with? This being my first cycle I am a little afraid of jumping into d-bol or anything quite that serious, while that may sounds silly it is still a concern of mine, I would REALLY like to avoid gyno as much as possible.

Would really appreciate input!

It would be helpful to post your statistics; height, bodyweight, bodyfat percentage. Also give us an idea of what/how you eat (ideally a sample day including kcals/macronutrients as well as any supplements). It may sound like asking a lot, but if you are to get the most out of your cycle your food intake is of the utmost importance. You will be disappointed if you neglect the nutrition aspect, regardless of dosage or type of hormone used. I am not familiar with havoc and don't know if you have past experience with it or not but would advise against using an oral at all. If you have strong negative side effects, you will not be able to pinpoint the cause. Start out with test only and see how you do with it, you can always add other anabolics later on. If I am sounding preachy, it is only because I am trying to save oldfella from developing carpal tunnel syndrome from typing too much. :D You will get good advice here but in order to do so you should include as many details as you can. Last but not least, welcome. :)

And I agree with 6.8 here, just stick with test and you will be fine. 250mg is plenty. And with test e just hit it once a week. it is a long ester so you will be ok with once a week! Save turnining into a pin cushion.

Current stats- age-21 highth-5'10" weight-176 about 10-12% B/F Bench max (1rep) 320 squat max (1rep) 250ish I was a wrestler for 8years (tiny legs).

I am currently taking 500Mg Glutamine, 5g creatine, eating about 4 chicken breasts/hamburger patties a day (around 21g protein per) 120cals, 2 whey protein shakes at around 40g protein about 220cals(with milk),1 cyto gainer (post workout) with 60gprotein and around 1kcal's (with milk) And 2 random meals a day not sure on the stats on those (i live in a frat house so w/e they feed us) soo not including my random meals cal/protein intake is around

224g protein, 1920 cals, 5g creatine, 500mg glutamine(going to bump it up to 4500 with new powder stuff) + random food from house (usually includes meats and carbs)

And I would like to and keep on around 10-15lbs. Also any opinions on HCG?

I used to be the same exact size as you and i wrestle also. trust me your gonna have to double your cals and protein. nice choice witht the havoc tho, it will help alot with the estrogen sides
 
Bro, first things first get your diet in check. You are going to need to increase your calories and weigh things to get a better idea of exactly how much you are taking in and what your macro ratios are. You don't have to be dead on balls accurate but close would be helpful so yo ucan make adjustments. I personally think you should wait a little while and increase your calories and get the diet down for a while before you take AAS. If you take care of that you might grow like a maniac for a while just from diet, becasuse you can ask most people on here and they will say that diet is way more important than AAS. Second, Smart move sticking with 250mgs of test!!!! You can always add test if you need to, you probably won't have to, but you can't take it out after you inject it. Since you haven't done anything before you should react very well to it and it is a longer acting ester so don't freak out if you don't see anything in 2 weeks. It is going to take about a month before you really start noticing. Good luck, and remember GET THE DIET DOWN.
 
Ill work on the diet some more but I would say add atleast another 1200cals the the 1920 from my 2 random meals and I have no idea how much protein. Ill still try and kick it up though. Thanks again everyone.

You will need at least 350gms protein per day, So there's 1400cals right there. then add 100-150gms of good fats and you have up to another 1350 cals. The remainder of cals can come from carb sources. But there is 2750cals from quality muscle building sources and you have not hit any protein powder yet, see where this is going. Rely on whole foods as much as you can and then worry about protein powders.

You new younger guys really need to read more and get your diets right. I hear this all the time "OH But I am eating loads of food" only to find out they aren't any where near 3000cals!!! C'mon guys, start doing things right before you look to drugs for your muscle, it just does not work this way!! DIET, DIET, DIET!!! TRAIN, TRAIN, TRAIN!!! REST, REST, REST!!! GROW, GROW, GROW!! This is how it works!!! :mad:

The only question I still have un answered is... :confused:
When I eventually decide to run my cycle (its already been ordered but I am going to hold off awhile till I can get my diet up more) will I need an HCG with the cycle listed above and if so how much should I run? I would like to have everything all set up for when im ready to go. :cool:

(like the use of smilies?!)

yes you will always need to use hcg in any cycle. 500mg once a week form the beginning to the end should work for this cycle. personally i think you are too young to start using gear, but i know you are gonna do it anyways so kudos for at least being safe with a low doseage. i personnaly think twice a week injections are the way to go to keep blood levels steady.
now for your diet. since you are a student i am gonna give you some easilt prepared meals to help pack on lean mass. and no whining about this is too much food or i can't eat it all, just do it!

meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal, 3 scoops protein ( 75g) with milk, vit.c, multi vit. glutamine)

meal 2- 2 cans tuna in water, 4 slices whole wheat bread

meal 3- 8 oz. chicken breast, baked potato, salad

meal 4- 2 peanut butter and jelly sands ( natural peanut butter) 2 scoops protein with milk

meal 5- 8 oz. chicken breast, sweet potato, green beans

meal 6- in a blender combine 2 cups milk, 3 scoops protein, 1 tbl spoon natural peanutbutter, 4 ice cubes, yummy!

i am leaving out plenty, but you are not training for the o! this ism a basic diet that is beter than what you described. also you can substitute red mean anytime you can afford it for the chicken or tuna. try to eat lean cuts like flank or round. good luck and i hope this helps.
