week 1-12 test 500mg
t3 25mcg raising every 3 days till i get to 125mcg then down to 25mcg
pct nalvadex and clomid

what are you wanting to do?

you're just stacking a little bit of test with some t3?

it is NOT clear what you are looking for in this cycle.

then why dont you just concentrate on 'bulking up' then worry about cutting?
 
thats a good idea but what about the fact i have a 30%b/f index

well then do the opposite?

im a firm believer if you want to 'bulk up' you gotta gain some fat. hence the reason why so many of us do this in the winter seasons, but you have 30%bf? jesus! you need to cut down to see what your true bmi is and go from there.

work on the base that you have now. dont worry about cycling yet, you need to get your diet in order, cardio and weight train. all 3 will get you where you need to be, do NOT rely on aas as a magic solution.
 
Unless you have hypothyroidism, T3 is for lazy people that dont want to diet and/or do cardio. Drop the T3
