as some of you know i was always searching for advice and knowledge on how to diet and come into contest shape. i asked alot, maybe to many, and it hurt my credibility on here and then i was backstabbed and i just said forget trying to learn info off the boards. its just not worth the stress. so i have a guy now who im with and i am very happy because i trust and respect his own accomplishments. my diet is just a ongoing learning process, i learn more about how my body functions every week.
last year i lost to much muscle, not gonna happen again. ill be competing in june and july, i look forward to it and i wish everyone whos competeing here this year success.
