I’ve been receiving a bunch of questions regarding how my physique has changed over the years. I figured I would put together a few pics detailing the transformation. I’m a little stoned and this ended up being a very fun stroll down memory lane lol and I think I was able to find enough decent pictures.
Pic 1 - 17 year old high school fat piece of shit who spent his allowance ordering Pizza Hut every night after his parents went to bed - believe it or not I was actually taking Sus there as well - not joking
Pic 2 - 21 year old Adderrall college crackhead
Pic 3 - 24 years old - lifting for about a year after college and starting self prescribed TRT
Pic 4 - 27 years old - blasting and cruising - diet knowledge is meh
Pic 5 - 31 year old with a dad bod - been married for less than a year and in the middle of a divorce - On TRT but as you can easily see I was not doing much in the gym
Pic 6 - 32 years old - divorced, blasting and on the hunt for puss
Pic 7 - 34 years old - tore my pec the year before and Covid happened so I moved from weights to TRX
Pic 8 - 35 years old - after all you fuckers were making fun of me saying I looked like a swimmer and runner I started with weights again
Pic 9 - 36 years old - from this past February coming off a bulk at a nice puffy 220
Profile pic - Started blasting 10iu plus a day, caloric deficit and 2 cardio sessions a day and here we are…
Lol I really hope this was somehow informative or at last maybe a little inspirational in a non corny way to some of you new guys here maybe dealing with weight loss struggle and looking for support
