I just wanted to say that one of the many reasons i am here at PM is that is ,was, one of the very very few muscle boards that kept flaming to a min...Please keep that in mind Mods as we keep jugging ahead ...

I have afew ideas that i have seen that i know would be of a great help and source of info to this board...I will be intouch with those idas within a day or two...kinda busy right now to get into it..

Thanks for being one of the best boards around and lets not loos esite of what made us that...

Yeah BBB - that's what makes this board special, mature and informative! But that MikeS, he's one of the biggest... j/k, lol. Big A and the mod's are what make it a unique place.

I have never been flamed....

And don't take your chances now, but anyway it pisses me off when I do see this on other boards. Some flaming is needed, but sometimes it seems like some idiot just want to put it out there he knows more than the next guy.

This & AE are the 2 best boards for BB on the entire net. Cutting edge info & memebers who are here to learn & help. A good example of a great board gone bad is Chad's Muscle Mayhem. It was a great board, but now it's a piece of sh*t since it's become a social board that happens to have BB as a side interest. Lots of flames, off topic posts, happy Birth greetings etc.

Dont worry Qwert, weve been around WAY longer than MM (BigA/myself)
either here or Professionalbodybuilding/Renegade and we run an even TIGHTER ship now IMO, and that wont change. Thanks BBB for the props.
We have the best core of members here too and thats vital; Xcel has been tireless in his efforts from the start, with no letup in service. IMike, A50, LATS have been around since forever and are as old as dirt.
