Starting 3rd week doing 20 mcg, bilaterally on training days. I'm a Mentzer/Yates disciple....placebo? ....who knows, but I've had great focus and strength gains, to the extent I may have to cut back on my training even more.
I tried folli and liked it, I'm on my second week now of ACE and I also liked it. Both helped with strength without a doubt and helped put a few pounds on me and I'm near my genetic limit I think. So both are great products you just have to get them from the right company.
From what I read, Ace-031 can increase muscle mass effectively by suppressing myostatin, but more muscle need more food to feed up so you can expect the better appetite, and heart would continue growing as a muscle, and over time this could lead to heart failure due to having this organ work too hard.
I found great results, but minimal differences, between the two. I do recall eating like a monster on Folli and staying real lean, which is a bonus.
So how are people dosing now? I was shooting a 1mg bottle over 7 shots/ 7days when I ran mine, years ago. I'm wanting to run again and hear now maybe it's better to just inject 1mg once a week? Anyone got feedback on that?
