|--[\\\\]>--------- who here are going to see the following this weekend?

Texas chainsaw
Employee of the mth
the departed

my gf is dragging me to that horror show...damn i hate these movies, and yes i do get scared easily

employee of the mth just looks funny

the departed should be sweet, it was directed by the same guy that did the god father i believe.

CHAINSAW

Just saw the preview of SAW III. I know that it's not coming out till Oct.27th. but it looks sick! I think that I'll see Texas Ch.Mr. Get in to the Halloween spirit.

I think the new Jet Li movie looks pretty good in the previews. Anyone see that?

What about that prison movie with the ROCK in it?

I guess number 1 at the box office last weekend was the GUARDIAN movie, the one with Kevin Costner and that dude who's banging Demi Moore.. its about the CoastGuard. Looks like it might be promising

Hell Yeah, Saw 3 is a must see, the first 2 were pretty cool...........

goin to see chainsaw tomorrow. i've been leatherface the past 2 years for our halloween parties and its fun as hell to scare people with a real chain saw.

Which One?

Which version of chainsaw are you watching?

Employee of the month isn't that bad.... we get to see Christina Applegate all grown up in this one, and it has a few plot twists.

As far as scary movies only two ever gave me the creeps

The excorcist (the original)

the ring <--- the original was creepy as hell

the rest just make me laugh

the godfather was directed by coppola, the departed is directed by scorcese. i think you're thinking of goodfellas...thats what scorcese did. ;) i agree it does look pretty sweet.

i'll probably end up seeing that tonight unless my gf drags me to employee of the month instead.

definitely gonna see texas chainsaw massacre!! i love horror movies

|---[\\\\]>----------- yes you are correct, either way, both are great directors so this will be a good one. you ever notice every movie leo does is a good one? he doesnt do very many, but everyone he does, does very well in terms of movie sales and awards....aviator, titanic, ect....

Xtina applegate is in employee of the mth? isnt it Jessica Simpson?

WANTING TO SEE THE TEXAS CHAINSAW AND I WOULDNT MIND SEEING EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH,LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD BE A GOOD COMEDY

I'm going to see TCM tonight with my brother, I'll post how it was. I love scary/grusome movies. but they're not for everyone though.

agree, The Aviator was really good I thought. Titanic was a carbon-copy of A Night To Remember (B&W)

Employee/mnth is Jessica Simpson

If you wanna see Christina Applegate all grown up, see The Big Hit with Mark Wahlberg and Lou Diamond Phillips... not a great movie but both girls, Christina and the asian chic, China Chow... Actually the whole movie is pretty much eye-candy...

How many Texas Chainsaw Massacre's are there now? TCM... TCM II... TCM 2003 (w/ Jessica Biel - Jessica in a wet wife-beater was nice but why the bra underneath??? Totally ruined the "effect")... Leatherface TCM III... TCM The Next Generation... that's five not including the one now playing... TCM The Beginning

Hell, I loved them all though... I'm sick.

bigbadasian? Vander let you out of his trunk yet? Bwahahahaha

Guardian-Awesome movie. I didn't think I would like it and thought it was going to be some cheap ass cheesy movie. Not at all. Really excellent I thought.
Fearless (Jet Li)-Subtitled but AWESOME fight scenes! Not much dialog either so you don't have to read a whole lot. Not quite as good as Guardian but its fun to watch.

I haven't seen these others yet. I watched these two last weekend for my b-day.

Do you guys recognize me? Its me. Littlemack! I bet the avatar throws you all off. I'm like a chameleon. ahahahaha

Did you know?

That Texas Chainsaw Massacre was written by a friend of my Dad's in college? hahaha. Yeah, that shit isn't based on a true story or a true series of events. He was high as a kite on LSD and mary jane when he wrote it. hahaha. He didn't earn a DIME for it either. He got screwed out of all the money for it.

Bootlegs are the way to go, you don't have to deal with those young ass punks that come to the movies using it as a hang-out, making all sorts of noise through the entire movie,,,Although, certain movies are a must to see on the big screen......

Texas chainsaw mass.
the idea of that movie came from a series grusom events commeted in
Wisconson by this guy Ed Geins. he shot and killed these two women
but what he did with the bodies bought nation wide attention. He took
there skins and made lamp shades furniture with there bones and wore
the face of one of the victums and the other made a coat. He wanted
to be a women.
