ok so a couple of weeks ago i enlsted the help of Phil. its been 2 weeks training with him and on his diet. at first i was alittle confused about his methodology and diet practices. i never told him but at first i started to lose weight and started freaking out because thats the last thing i want to do. on his diet i felt like crap for 2 days...no energy, never felt satisfied. well....at about the 4th day of his diet i started feeling better than i ever have. more energy in and out of the gym, more alert, sleeping better. and all of a sudden after losing 6 lbs in the first week, by the second week i put the 6 lbs back on plus 2 more! ive taken steroids that havent given me results as fast as Phil has. bodyfat is down and bodyweight is up. and my favorite part is strength is through the roof. one lift went from 315 to 365 with only 2 less reps! there are alot of great trainers on this board, and alot of great sponsors. but the best bang for your buck is only in one place.
