I think the Mir/Carwin fight should be good , they are both very well matched , but like Mir said , Carwin has a bigger threat as he is an awsome boxer as well as wrestelr

Mir is mouthy but so is Lesnar. I'm glad to see that he realized how over pwered he was with Brock , awsome skill will take you far but in a fight with sombody that does have some skill but it WAY stronger than you your at a dissadvantage

Just to add to my above post.MMA has come a long long way.I have watched every single UFC all 110!! It now has real rules and regulations.IT Is governed by state athletic commissions and will make boxing obsolete if they continue to grow.

Now this has been called human cockfighting by senators(McCain).Been banned in certain states until they became regulated.This stuff started out illegal underground guys!

Love him or hate him you can credit Dana white for most of this making the sport mainstream or almost.Now all these other organizations have benefitted from UFC paving the way.

There has been much public relations work trying to educate people on the sport proving it is not deadly.Doctors watch the fighters closely and even frustrating early stoppages to insure fighter safety.

Now for this mental midget Frank Mir to come out saying
he wants to break another fighters neck and create the first MMA death? you MMA fans and lovers should be pissed! this will turn many off to the sport and draw in the wrong crowd.

I truly think Frank"the mental midget" Mir set back the sport and all the hard work people and fighters have put in a long way with that interview.

I understand wanting to pummel someone or brutally knock them out to teach a lesson.But this man is talking DEATH! not acceptable and should be banned from the sport!

I couldn't agree more..Mir says that Brock disrespected him and the sport after their second fight, but all Mir did before that fight was disrespect Brock, and all he's done with his latest comments is disrespect the sport. I hope they do fight again if Mir gets past carwin(no easy feat in itself), and Brock finally fucking shuts him up...I hate Mir..

He made some stupid comments about him killing LESNAR.
He better think about getting through Carwin before he gets another shot at the big man again. I like MIR and he probably just said these comments in the heat of the moment.

Well I got the chance to meet Frank Mir and Brock Lesnar.

Brock was a class act and was VERY cool to me and my girl. Frank was actually a bit of a jerk..maybe a bad day..but being a UFC fighter carries certain responsibilities IMO...so im all for Lesnar in the 3rd match

Did you listen to the above interview?? Mir wants to create the first MMA death in the ring!! And Brock gives the sport a bad name?!?!.There is NO room in any sport to wish or threaten Death on an opponent! period!

I am from the area too.Actually my cousin taught Brock in junior college.You ever met him and actually spoke with him?

I hope after Brock knocks him out he doesn't stop and it takes 25 guys to pull him off of Mir!! and you tell me Mir wouldn't deserve it ?

Brocks genetics are the only reason why he is in the UFC period.

Mir actually has an expert skill set and is a master of many fighting skills.

IMO Brock will be unstoppable if he actually learns any fighting skills, he is a freak. I am not sure what the UFC policy is on steriods but Mir is gonna need to step it up if he wants to defend the take down against Brock. Brock has no chance against Mir if he can't take him down.
