I found myself with Stan McQuay and Frank one night in a club in Miami and the amount of drugs ingested was fucking insane. This was back when I was 23-24 and a little stupid so popping 4-6 rolls in a night no biggie and I was floored by how little I took comparatively. Didn’t really speak to either guy but I was wrecked and they seemed pretty chill considering. I’ve always loved McGraths physique even before he blew and and he did bro got a lot bigger even if he had two kidneys he’s not a big framed guy especially for all that muscle

Man back when I was younger it was like everyone was on something when they trained, you name it, I knew guys that wouldn't train without it. Had a buddy work at a gym and he said he would pick up at least a dozen beer cans everyday outside the door. Don't know if there are any young people that train "high" but some people i can smell it on. I don't personally do drugs anymore or know anyone that does so I might not be just plugged in. I don't believe you can really get Nubain or maybe just in significant quantities to be able to abuse it. Which is good because we called it the bain train and it always ended in disaster, saw a lot of talented people lose years of training from that shit. Well not from that shit specifically but from the shit they moved onto after it dried up. I of course had the power of Jesus on my side so I never needed anything to train.

Watched his video with Antione Vaillant. Missed doing bloodwork to keep his warfarin dose dialed in seems to be the driving issue. The bad shoulder injection and a stomach full of ulcers exacerbated it. Dude is not healthy. He mentions reflecting on his lifestyle decisions while contemplating his demise; marriage, children, etc. but then seems to go right back to getting jacked and ripped mindset. Its an addiction, I get it but its sad to watch.
