Damn what are those 200lb dumbbells or something? I didn’t watch the whole video I can’t stand watching injury videos it puts doubt in the mind when lifting. I don’t think I have ever heard of someone tearing a pec on dumbbells1:50
At that level of strength the dumbbells are too unwieldy to risk throwing them up yourself, they look as long as his torsoDamn what are those 200lb dumbbells or something? I think he is in his 40s as well not sure what his exact age is but I think lifting those weights at this stage of his career is a bit foolish. I mean realistically at this point how much size is he really going to add?At that level of strength the dumbbells are too unwieldy to risk throwing them up yourself, they look as long as his torso
I don’t understand why guys will use heavy free weights for chest at this point for anymore
Why not just use heavy chest machines and then dumbbells with more manageable weight - just to ensure the stabilizer muscles stay up to snuff
This is exactly what I do nowadays. Leverage machine for heavy presses, then moderate weight for DB pressing.I don’t understand why guys will use heavy free weights for chest at this point for anymore
