I wondered why Justin Rodriguez stopped working with him because he was by far his best when he was with AJ (also I don't know if he prefers to by Austin so I meant no disrespect if that is the case)

Honestly after working with AJ, I don’t think I could work with another coach. He has a high bar for sure. It’s not for everyone. But worth it IMO.

But some competitors always think the grass is greener on the other side. And many other factors come into play like personality’s aligning.

Very interested to see what Jewett looks like. I love his content and all he puts out and from his latest updates, i think he looks much better as an open competitor that when he tries to cut down into the 212's. Just his upper body looks fuller and thicker, great improvements.

I have a buddy competiting in the Masters part of the contest so im definitely going to be paying attention this weekend.

Negative. I didn’t use T3 and only clen at 20mcg the last two weeks. He’s big on diet and calorie cycling.

AJ is literally one of the best in history IMO... Transfomso many guys that arent genetically blessed, transformed pros. If he kept coaching open guys no doubt in my mind he would have completely taken over the Olympia coaching-wise. He has set the bar on conditioning SO HIGH... Was always a big inspiration and mentor for me!

I think the open is his division, most pros don't get such a brilliant career.
