if it was a heart attack as people are saying, it is all too common thses days.. in bodybuilding and out.. we had a guy who worked in my area at work who was 47.. he was pretty athletic.. played softball..played volleyball.. ran every morning before work.. eat near perfect.. always fruit and salads.. ect.. a week ago,he left work saying that he did not feel well.. that was no big alarm since many people had left that week not feeling well.. he went home and had a massive attack.. he did not make it.. yesterday, his wife came into work to get some of his things.. she said that the doctor said, that tried to help revieve him, that his cholesterol was well over 300.. he refused to take meds for it believeing that his healthy lifestyle and good eating habits would be enough.. sadly, he was wrong..
i got back my recent tests and my liver function, kidney, trig was all very good.. my cholesterol was not bad but, really needs to come down.. and the hdl needs to come up.. not bad.. but, could be better.. so.. i have made a couple of decisions about diet.. no more.. absolutely none.. FAST FOODS.. i used to eat them way to often and that was out of convienence.. now.. i pack all my lunches and break foods.. no more fast food.. period.. not worth the money and not worth the crap that can come with them.. i am now eating way more fruits and veggies and eating only low fat sources of protein.. fish, turkey, ect.. i was eating way too much red meat.. i have always taken fish oils, niacin, ect for blood profile.. will continue.. but, i will no longer assume bulk (fat) is muscle and it is not worth the negative health benefits.. i want to get down to about 10 % percent bodyfat.. and keep it there..i have "bulked" up way too many times.. i will eat enough calories to make growth happen, but, dose anyone really need to be in the 15% range..?? and assume that it is muscle growth.. ??

"if ya cant make out what appears to be abs.. first thing in the morning.. than you are fat..period".. and i will say this one more time..IF YA CANT AFFORD FISH OILS, NIACIN, NOLVA, MULTI VITAMINS ECT, WHILE ON YOUR CYCLE.. YOU CAN NOT AFFORD THE CYCLE.. cycle using sane dosages.. but, take all the needed precautions to keep the blood in great shape.. some of thses guys are cycling none stop for year after year and never getting blood work done to see if there is a problem brewing.. never taking the needed essentials to keep the blood healthy.. they cruise on hdl's that are 10 or less for years.. what do ya think is going to happen..?? and all of it can be prevented with some smart thinking..

I too have realized that I can only "go so far." My use is 400mg test/wk w/ "some" (actually very little) anabolics; ~250-300g of "quality" protein ED, AVOID fats - all; keep total caloric intake under 3000 cals (remember I'm a small, "old," relatively inactive [other than working out] asian).
I believe I'm in the 9-10% BF range, am relatively "cut" (not afraid to take my shirt off), and after about 10 years (other than prepping for a contest) can fit back into size 32 pants. Now, I need to go get a physical!
