Before I get back into the grind I have to prepare for one more shoot in CA in less than two weeks. Thanks again for all the support and interest here guys. Looks like you had a great trip ........Alex is a great photogragher huh ? [ he and his wife are very cool ] . I like Guy alot as well .........did you shoot some footage for one of his videos ? If you did let ,us know where the video is out and I am sure some of us will buy a copy ......And Peter honestly , I may have jumped the gun on accessing your potential .......honestly, I think you have alot more tools than I originally thought ......I am a man .......and can admit if I am wrong ......so I do appoligize ......I think in the end you might end up making me eat my words [ at least I hope so ] Just take care of your health , be very careful legally , have a back up plan [ cus that life is short lived ] , and just keep having fun as well as loving that goregeous girl of yours .....the rest will fall into place ................But genetically you have all the tools that Mark Dugdale pocesses maybe even more ........you just need to obtain his type of grainy conditioning ......Can you do that ? That remains to be seen ....but if you can ........you may just end up making me eat some crow .......keep up the good work and thanks for sharring the great pics ..............once again , I do appoligize ...........

Dugdale is a class act and would be a hard act to follow. Thanks for the comparison. He recently did me a favor that was very thoughful. That is the type of guy he is. Thanks again guys! I have so much work ahead of me and still nothing is certain except I will do my best to improve.

Yeah , Mark is a great guy ........

I have met him a couple of times and has always been genuine and I Know some guys that know him pretty well and they say that he really is the good guy that he represents ........He is bulit similar to you and you are both similar in stature as well .............he would be a great person to model yourself after in character and also physique .............If I were you I d stay leaner than ever this off season ..........your size will increase with heavy consistant training and propper nutrition . Plus you are still really young 23 ? [ maybe? ] But by staying lean ,the condition that you after will be easier to obtain and the shin will stay thinner / tighter .....

Agreed! It's easy for me to get up to around 240lbs at my height(5'6), but I have planned on keeping it down this off season for the above reasons. This photo shoot came from the blue so it's weird having to stay on a diet after the show. I hope it pays off! I'm getting hungry!

Pump back in 92 when i was getting ready for the Cal. and the USA i used Phil Goglia for some prep he was great we had fun , he was then married to the girl on "Body Shaping " we had some great workouts , does he still have office near Max Muscle ? cant remember street name ? anyway nice pictures

OK seriously not trying to flame here and i sincerely apoligize if it comes off offensive. Ok heres the question. Is there something wrong with your eyes. Maybe something has already been said and i missed it if so once again i apologize. By the way your girlfriend is extremely beautiful, you are very lucky man!

Peter was shot in the eye by some teenage kids messing around when he was nine years old. He has a prosthesis(I don't know if I spelled that right?), so in some pics his eyes can look different because light doesn't reflect off that eye. Honestly, you can't tell that much in person.

Don't worry about asking. He would rather you ask, than make fun of it (it has happened before) then it makes people feel like crap when they find out.

Damm........I am blind in my left eye as well ....I was jumped by 6 black guys . One them tried to cut my throat after they had beat the crap out me . Durring my attempt at a struggle , I ended up being stabbed in the eye instead . Luckly , they must have been grossed out or something .....cause they left me to die instead of finishing the job ......anyway , what type of implant do you have ? Just currious , I think you look totally fine .....

It's my right eye. You and I should have a mutual understanding about how life can change in a moment. I was robbed of a beautiful thing but by the grace of God I feel that this has been used to create within me a different perspective on life. I never felt hate or bitterness, nor ask why me. My main concern was with getting on with my life as children can only do. I wanted to be happy and have fun. It was an act of terror that has forever changed me, but I feel for the better. Implant? It's some sort of rubber like ball that they attached to try and feel in the space to allow the "eye" to rest on much like that of a contact. I'm very lucky that I have a lot of movement.
