Frying pan(s)?

How do you clean it without losing the seasoning?

First never ever never use soap!! That will strip the seasoning right out of your cast iron.

All you do is put a little water in and a couple handfuls of salt and scrub it with your hand. When your done rinse out all the salt. Then throw it into your oven at 350° for ~10 minutes to dry it. Pull it it and take a rag to rub some vegetable oil on the whole pan.

Now if you cooked alot of stuff all at once and really beat it up and want to reseason it, it simple.

Follow all the instructions above, and once you get done rubbing the oil in put the pan in the oven upside down and bake it for 1 hour at 500°. Then once it gets out rub a little bit more vegetable oil on it and it's been completely re-seasoned
 
I currently live in South Korea...they have a brand here (available internationally) called HappyCall (해피콜) that is phenomenal. They have these "diamond" pans that aren't terribly expensive here, but I'm not sure about wherever you may be:

I've been using it for a year and it still looks and functions like the day I bought it. Like my old cast-iron pan, after I use and wash it I use a paper towel to apply a very thin coating of oil to the pan and store it that way. I would recommend them.
