FUZZY body...shave it, wax it, or get hair removal products???

WEll, I have been on and off for 2 years now and I am noticing a bit of FUR on me. I was wondering if you guys wax it, shave it, or get a hair removal product(nair, ECT)??

Keep in mind with shaving, it will come in thicker over time. I find waxing slows the thickness of it over time. I personally have to wax my back about every 3 weeks.............

Show = shave. No show = clippers. If your dead set on shaving, get a womens razor with the glide strip. You'll end up with fewer nicks.
Waxing was tourture...(never again) and Nair gave me a rash.

I don't compete so I just use the same clippers I use to shave my head. Works great and no nicks, pain or rash.

Shaving causing it to come back in thicker is an old wives tale. Heck if that where true all the guys going bald would just shave their heads.

The reason it comes back in thicker is for the fact that you were starting to grow hair in that spot faster and thicker in the first place or you never would of had to start shaving.

I also think the illsuion factor plays in....you are use to seeing your arms without hair for weeks and then when it grows back, it looks thicker because it was bald.

There is not enough hair to really trim...it is well spaced out and not thick, but from a distance, you can see about every 50th hair.

Would waxing it cause bumps, or is it thin enough to no aggitate the hair folical??

I've dated ( when I say dated I mean slept with lol j/k) several estatishuns (I couldn't spell it then and still can't).

Waxing is the best option as over time you will have to do it less and less. Over time the wax process does something to the follicle and bulb to where it causes it to grow at a much slower rate. I've heard some of the girls say that it almost "removes" the follicle all together. There's one lady that works in the salon and she waxs her brows 2-3 times a year. The more you stay at it the less it needs to be done.
I've had it done about 6 times and fell a sleep 5 times during the process. But was waken up when she tried to wax long hairs in the center of my chest.
