So this question is a little out there but my girlfriend has trouble having an orgasm. In fact, she can't even give herself one, and even though I'm no pornstar I can't either. We've been together for almost 2 years and I think that it's not a matter of technique but maybe her hormone levels are off. We can't really afford for her to have a blood test right now though.

So I heard that clomid increases orgasms for women, is this true? And is there anything else that makes enhances your orgasms?

Even though I went through years of infertility treatments trying to get pregnant, I was never on clomid. I know others that were on it, and I've never hear that it will increase orgasms. So unless someone else can come up with some report or other information, I'd no. I wouldn't recommend it all unless you are trying to get pregnant. It stimulates ovulation and helps the ovaries to release an egg or multiple eggs. This is why so many women who take clomid end up with twins or triplets. My SIL ended up with twins.

She should discuss this with her doctor and have her hormone levels test. No guarantee that the insurance company will cover it. Be sure and check her policy before having the test.

So she does have desire, but can't achieve an orgasm?
Sexuality and desire, oddly enough are regulated by Testosterone levels.
If she has decreasing levels in her system...it would explain a loss of desire, or physical symptoms like loss of lubrication, sensation, etc.
Could extra test be the answer?
Funny how test is in both sexes naturally and does alot of the same stuff to both.
Additional test does the same things to them too. Stronger, bigger muscles, recuperation and growth increased.
