10-11-12 workout
Man my progress feels insane or maybe im just paying to much attention to every little line and vein. I am trying to end every workout now with flexing to start slowly preparing myself for competition and adding time under tension to help my nervous system become stronger. My research pet is only using a few new things but let me say so far the addition of them feels insane. I will speak on this more later though. I am unable to find a testing facility close to me for my GH I was gonna do serums on but im still trying.

20/1/30 Still bothers knees very bad so have to be very careful plus I barely fit on the machine it was made for old people and women I swear my neck gets stuck in it even , its ridiculous.

stretch and complete 25min. incline walking
I really have problems getting my quads to grow I feel most exercises in my butt, hips, and Hamstrings. i am really trying to focus on the quads and taking my glutes and hamys out of it. One day it will come though. If you have any help or advice though on really getting the quad to grow and what i might be doing in my form wrong to not be feeling them like I should would be greatly appreciated.
