Need some feedback on timelines of GH morning shot vs Insulin shot, anybody know of a good timeline from one to the other..or can be it be one after other..... and is it worth taking both?

some threads talk about its bunk to waste the GH, others different, some seasoned feedback from experience much appreciated...
 
I hope you now a little about slin and GH before you start out.
I am personally going to use combination below in the nere future.

This is not the one and only way to do it , but it is the way I will be doing it.

Some very wise guy on an other board said to me when I asked around."that you have to be a Master on slin and bloodsugar before using it" so keep asking and look into the answers that you get and then one day perhaps you feel you now enough to start.. good luck and be carefull..

Slin and GH PWO
I'll start out whit 2UI slin and 2UI GH PWO 3 times a week (monday-wedensday-friday)
I'll then increase the slin whit 1UI each day until I hit my sweetpoint (I guees around 5-7UI slin) and keep the GH to 2-3UI PWO and again 2UI before going to bed 5times a week
.
I always train in the morning from around 8-9,45.
I do Cardio 5-8 times a week either in the morning or in the evening before going to bed on the threadmill between 30-45 min each time except on legs day.
I'am on strict Dieting 4000cal on training days
3000 cal on non training days
1 day a week ( saturday) cheat day

Monday: PWO 2UI slin +2UI GH again before bed 2UI GH
Tuesday: 2UI GH before bed
Wedensday: PWO 3UI Slin +2 UI GH again before bed 2UI GH
Thursday : 2 UI GH before bed
Friday : PWO 4UI slin + 3Ui GH again before bed 2 UI GH
saturday off I will be doing cardio in the morning 40 min and then Saturday is my eating day were I'am allowed everything I want to eat
Sunday off back to dieting

Off course I will be following a protocol off when and what to eat PWO and after ,to keep my bloodsugar in place.
I'll also have (don't now the english word) a bloodsugar measurement so I always can keep track on my bloodsugar.

Like I stated i the beginning this is not the one and only way but it is the way I will be doing it:)

had great results in past with similar..gh whenever woke up and slin at 5iu after workout right before a nice dinner
 
Logically I cannot see any reason for PWO insulin. It's like bolting the stable door after the horse has run off into the yard and is screwing the pony :eek:

But then I am an advocate of carbless PWO. I have all my BBers on it (all five of them, lol) and ALL of them are extremely happy that they are the largest yet tightest and leanest they have ever been, whilst feeling more energetic also.

Largest guy I work with is 280lbs and 11% bf and still growing.

Anyway, for those who also subscribe to CPWO, I offer the following protocol:

Get the vast bulk of your daily carbs in during the 90 minutes pre-workout. About 20 mins pre-training have 50gC + 50gP and 4iu humalog or novolog. Also 10-20mg dianabol and 4iu GH.

During training, 50g C (25glucose, 25g fructose) + 25g whey isolate.

PWO: 10g leucine + 30-40g whey hydrolysate.

P + F meals for the rest of the day.

Take it for what it's worth; one idea that seems to work well, but is not necesarily better (or worse) than other ideas.

building up on
SLIN 2/3/4/5/6/7ius divided 2 times a day///// only using on workout days?(mixed feedback on the only using workout days..any feedback?)
GH up to to 4/6 ius divided 2 times a day

i know theres alot different views on this, any feedback on this combination?

GH at night , im hearing is bunk as your body is sleeping, whats the point? always taken in mornings and felt better body response.

start time 2 weeks , reading ,reasearching phase of Slin.
