I hope you now a little about slin and GH before you start out.
I am personally going to use combination below in the nere future.
This is not the one and only way to do it , but it is the way I will be doing it.
Some very wise guy on an other board said to me when I asked around."that you have to be a Master on slin and bloodsugar before using it" so keep asking and look into the answers that you get and then one day perhaps you feel you now enough to start.. good luck and be carefull..
Slin and GH PWO
I'll start out whit 2UI slin and 2UI GH PWO 3 times a week (monday-wedensday-friday)
I'll then increase the slin whit 1UI each day until I hit my sweetpoint (I guees around 5-7UI slin) and keep the GH to 2-3UI PWO and again 2UI before going to bed 5times a week
.
I always train in the morning from around 8-9,45.
I do Cardio 5-8 times a week either in the morning or in the evening before going to bed on the threadmill between 30-45 min each time except on legs day.
I'am on strict Dieting 4000cal on training days
3000 cal on non training days
1 day a week ( saturday) cheat day
Monday: PWO 2UI slin +2UI GH again before bed 2UI GH
Tuesday: 2UI GH before bed
Wedensday: PWO 3UI Slin +2 UI GH again before bed 2UI GH
Thursday : 2 UI GH before bed
Friday : PWO 4UI slin + 3Ui GH again before bed 2 UI GH
saturday off I will be doing cardio in the morning 40 min and then Saturday is my eating day were I'am allowed everything I want to eat
Sunday off back to dieting
Off course I will be following a protocol off when and what to eat PWO and after ,to keep my bloodsugar in place.
I'll also have (don't now the english word) a bloodsugar measurement so I always can keep track on my bloodsugar.
Like I stated i the beginning this is not the one and only way but it is the way I will be doing it
