GH and T4

I know with T3 you need to cycle up and cycle down not to screw up your own thyroids production.

i plan on taking GH for about a year. I have read that I should be taking 100mcg T4 day while on GH. will i have thyroid problems with taking T4 for that long a period of time. certainly don't want that to happen.

also do you have to take your t4 every day or just on the days you use gh, i take my gh & train 4 days/wk??

i'm looking at doing the same with maybe 200mg of test cyp a week.. would like some feedback on long term t4 and test supp. with hgh...
