GH can't build muscle!!!

Ok this has really been bugging me lately. I've heard from a bunch of moderaters on other boards and a few pro's told me that its only worth using GH if your dieting and it will keep you full. I always thought if you were trying to add muscle the best combo is AAS and GH but they said the AAS builds the muscle and the GH keeps you lean. Im about to dish out over a grand for 6months of GH and plan on doing a 14week lean bulker with test/tren/anavar, but if GH isnt gonna build muscle then I don't wanna spend my $$ on it. Whats your views. If it does build muscle would 4iu's a day work or do you need more(a first time GH user)
 
its best used as a fat burner...unless your adding slin into the bulking mix
 
Its my understanding that if you want to use GH to bulk your going to need to use 6-10iu a day, and that can really add up in the pocket book. As well as adding in Insulin. I can attest that Slin+GH combo works really well together and makes you feel really full. But unless you can afford 6 or more iu a day dont expect too much out of GH for adding on mass. It has done well at keeping me leaner while bulking this year but I do not think it will add as much mass as a good cycle would do.

i agree...with higher doses need for muscle..

i was gonna suggest 3iu every 8hrs timed around your body's clock and food intake.

i would also personally add pre workout @ slin 15iu of hum-r

and most definetely add t-3 at anywhere between 12.5 - 25mg /day in 2 doses 12 hrs appart.

sounds stupid, silly and overcomplicated but after doing shit other ways many times and then switching to something like this is did notice a decent difference....worth going through all this anyhow.
 
For size use with slin and AAS. It wont be the gh that causes the majority of the mass, but it will keep you lean and looking good while you bulk up.

Scientificlly, it causes muscle hyperplastia (growth/addition/splitting of NEW muscle cells) while AAS only causes Hypertrophy (growth of existing muscle cells). But in real life experience overall size strength gains are far better with AAS than gh.

Well...bulking no unless used at higher doses, but then sides come.

Ive used 3iu every morning ,5 on 2 off ,of kexing solo after short test cycle...on month and half and weight holding at 233 and waist shrinking to 32...it is starting to give me the look that gh has. Im running it for a while and hoping to try another brand..kexing is good but the old nutropin I loved.

What I hate is fucking wrist , fingers and elbows are stiff as hell.

I beleieve this was true about the original HGH.
It was taken from the human brain originally correct? untill 1980`something
they came out with the rHGH (made in a lab Vs. taken from dead people)

Gh causes hyperplasia which is new cell growth verses lifting and steroids which cause hypertrophy being increased size of the muscle. As far as growing, your not gonna grow if you start GH and your growth plates have fully closed, yes you can get some growth when doing a shit load of it for long periods of time, but the common person running a 4-6 month cycle per year at a decent dose is not gonna have problems as well as you can be genetically prone to side effects. It amazes me to see some "mods" that are taken at word these days, when most are pencil necked geeks who want to seem big. Gh gets a rep for being better at leaning up because that effect it more noticeable than size gains due to increase of metabolism. I have noticed with longer cycles of GH that I don't so much get bigger but my body composition changes and my muscle maturity increases. Without a doubt GH rocks if used properly.

I was hoping you would reply,
Ive seen some pics of this guy Prosomeday before gh and after a good run on gh and I know all the credit doesnt go to the hormone BUT it was a drastic change over a fairly short period of time. I was very impressed with his results.

From what I read by someone who studied the issue:
You won't get taller or grow longer fingers.But forhead can definitely get thicker...the bones can grow thicker but not longer.
Ever wonder why some Pro's or Olympic athletes get braces?It's to keep the teeth from spreading.My friends brother is a dentist and he says he's given braces to several bb'ers for that reason.
Someone explained that it can grow the mandibles so you get sort of double chin that is not fat and it can push your jaw out further.
It especially affects the growth of cartilage.

Opinions? :)

Now what Raj said i had no idea, i thaught they made GH the same way they always have. I am glad s'one cleared that up. So what causes the infamous "GH gutt"? isnt' that due to incr. in intestin(sp) size?

Maybe your big, I have no idea-but I'll bet my house you dont know shit compared to moderate sized guys like Dan Duchaine (RIP), Pat Arnold, Bill Llewellyn...greater size/muscle does not necessarily determine knowledge.

And it seems your whole first statement was nothing but a copy of what some pencil necked 'mod' had already stated earlier in this same thread.

Back to the subject, as far as growth of 'kids' their bones grown until their epithelial bone plates seal off, mostly from estrogen (by-product conversion
of natural testosterone blast during puberty). So gh is mainly responsible for this until the plates seal. Its really only until the puberty and the testosterone blast that comes with it, that muscles grow significantly.
 
Hey there Mike, when I was talking about mods I meant mods in general, I never stated mods on this board and I don't believe I ever directed that comment to you. As far as what I know, sure I don't know everything but I have done plenty of my own research and have many links to medical journals which is where I got most of my information. If you took my comment personally then I apologize because it wasn't directed towards you. There are however plenty of us who have seen mods of past boards and when they are finally seen they are nothing more than your average computer nerd looking to be a big man on the net. They don't turn into Ronnie after a GH cycle so what do they do, start saying that its only good for leaning up and not muscle mass or some ignorant statement like that. And hey,, I got nothing against computer nerds, I have a brother who is one and I am hoping someday to cash in on his success lol. Anyway, I apologize if that came across the wrong way.

So would you agree that for a first timer on GH who's 22years old, 4iu's for 6months would be a good first GH cycle or do I need more? I know im young, but I train and eat like the best.
