ok so here is how it will look

hgh 4iu EOD 1-50
test 300mg EW 1-20
d-bol 60mg ED 22-26
Tren-A 225mgEW 6-10
test 500mg ew 20-40
tren-A 225mg ew 36-40
exemestane 12.5mg eod (i am very estrogen sensitive)

Jesus christ man. You want to run test for 40 weeks straight? It's not even hrt doses your proposing to run either. I'd shorten your cycle and run the test at higher than hrt doses for 20 weeks then back off and drop everything except the test e and gh and do hrt doses with those for awhile.

post cycle the only things run after cycle will just be 150mg test and exe.

at the end of this long cycle I would like to see 240lbs 7%ish

also I do agree I think there should be a "intermission" so to speak prob 20 weeks in i should take 8-10 weeks off on hrt/gh let the body chill out and receptors then repeat again for another 20 weeks I will prob gain better that way.. NEW PLAN!!! :D
 
I think cycles like this are the reason people end up on hrt. I want the benefits of these compounds but not the long term problems. It all depends on your age and goals. I am abig fan of hgh and would use it like you plan, maybee switch to 8ius eod. I think you should look into a prime and blast mode. Prime your body ahead of time with diet and then blast higher amounts for a much shorter time. a prime of 4 to 6 weeks and a blast of 6 to 8 weeks, then pct for 5 weeks and take a break for at least 2 months. This will minimize the impact on hpta. If you are a pro bb and plan on being on hrt for the rest of your life than why cycle for 40 weeks!!!!? just stay on all the time.:eek:

Well i also think about health and the long run, i feel multiple blast and cruises would be worse for my system and health then just maintaining a steady hrt dose and introducing different compounds at moderate low doses. plus i feel slow and steady wins the race if i can put on 60lbs of LEAN PURE MUSCLE in a 6-8 year period based off diet and low dose cycles running hrt as a base with gh, I think that would be alot better than just rushing it and pumping my body full of compounds to reach that same goal in a 2-3 year peroid. too much stress to quickly on the body IMO. I may just take out the 1st run with the tren and keep the rest the same

Dorian put on 70lbs of lean muscle in how many years? I forgot, but in order to get to 60lbs of totally lean pure muscle you are going to need more than must hrt doses and moderate doses of other compounds. That is just a reality. Homostasis will always be knocking at your door to pull you in. In order to keep him at bay you need to use larger doses to hold on to that kind of muscle. You can not get it and drop to hrt doses for health benefits and expect to keep the 60lbs. Its not going to happen. You may be able to keep 60lbs of water, fat, and muscle as your total accumulated weight but I don't believe you can hold on to that much muscle without large amounts of aas.

yes I realize that I have some buddies that have upped their hrt doses when their muscle mass went up 250lbs plus of lean muscle got a couple friends at this range in bodyweight and they HRT at 250mg EW! another buddy does 75mg EOD he us nuts he doesnt mind the pinnin. so I agree and have taken that in to account, sometimes i dont type out all my thoughts. i will just listen to my body. hypothetically speaking if my body can hold on to 230lbs of LEAN muscle at 150mg EW i can see myself holding 250lbs of lean muscle at 200mg EW etc etc. plus alot of the muscle retention will depend on protein intake too and consistency.

I agree. However, there is no way your body is going to be able to handle mega doses all the time. There have been pro bbers in the past that have burned out because they were on mega doses all the time and it has shortened their career. I believe that cruising at hrt doses are necessary for health benefits.

yes this is why I like to take things slow, I believe it will be better for health etc.
 
overkill. looks like your relying too much on synthetics. maybe you should take it a little slower, learn how your body reacts, and progress from there. like you said take things slow and thats cycles not really slow. nail your diet and training. good things will come.
 
yea ive done alot of thought im just gonna ride with 4iu EOD and my HRT dose EW I upped protein to around 500gr. and NOW FINALLY I seem to be gaining some lean muscle again Getting stronger and the mirror is really showing some nice changes. so guess thats just it I had to eat more it sucks having a fast metabolism gotta get down more food im now up to 6000 (clean) calories a day but it doesnt bother me the eating part just the time it takes to eat all the food i have to make slight sacrifices and sometimes ill just throw a meal in a ziplock throw a plastic spoon in there and whip it out when im out on biz people look at me like im crazy but i gotta do what i gotta do to get it done. but damn 6000calories to grow at 215-220, lol can just imagine how much ill have to eat at 240-250 CANT WAIT!!!:D:D::eek:od-smil::eek:od-smil::eek:od-smil::eek:od-smil
