Hello Guys,

Long time reader, first time poster.

I have been lifting for the past 1 ½ years. Used to be relatively skinny but have been able to put on about 17 lbs. I am currently 25yo am 5'10.5" and weigh in at 172lbs. I follow a training regimen that is similar to what I see on these boards and keep my diet clean.

I have currently come across some high quality GH and decided to give it a go. I shy away from AAS due to respect for them. Somehow GH just seems a tad safer.

I guess my question is, would you guys recommend a starting dose of 2iu? I know most of the BB on this board recommend this for beginners but then again they are all huge. Don’t know if my weight would be a factor.

We need more info regading your goals, stats, training type & split/sets/reps as well as a sample day of your diet.
We need a lot more info to make any type of critique...

Before anything else is said -more than likely you will be disappointed with the results from GH. An appropriate amount of test will give you much greater results for a fraction of the cost.
 
I am looking to add above average lean muscle. By this I mean more than I would be able to by training & Diet alone but not necessarily as much as with AAS.

As for training, I used to work the typical routine for about a year while I built a muscle base. I used the triangle, 12 reps, then 10 w/ more weight, then failure with more weight. 3 sets per excersice, 3 excersises per muscle, 2 or 3 muscles a day, 3-4 days a week.

I have been following a Big A recommended type routine for the last 6-7 months. I do warm-ups for every muscle, then do 2 or 3 different exercises, 1 set each, until failure at 6-9 reps, for each muscle. 3 muscles a day, EOD.

As for diet, typical day will look like this:

Meal 1 Whey Protein shake, 100% whole wheat toast with natural PB
Meal 2 Tuna, mixed fruits
Meal 3 Grilled chicken breast, brown rice
Workout
Meal 4 Whey Protein shake, 3 liquid egg whites
Meal 5 Grilled chicken, Salad w/ water based seasoning
Meal 6 Mixed Nuts

I’m 5’10.5”, 172lbs, 10% BF. 25yo.

Money is not an issue. I rather play it safe(er).
 
IMO, at your age you have plenty of GH in your body naturally, and supplementing with 2 IU/day isnt going to do a whole lot. If you are dead set on doing this, and it sounds like you already have some, then yeah 2IU/day would be the way to go. Any more than that and youll have swelling and pain in your wrists/hands and I had some in my knees.

GH is a powerful drug too and has its dangers also. Keeping your dose low like that should minimize the risks.

I used to go with up to 8IU/day sometimes and I must say that the only effect I could see in the mirror was that it kept me lean. If youre already lean to begin with and youre young, I wouldnt even be considering taking GH. You really dont need it and youre going to be very dissapointed in your results. Youve just got a little over 1 year experience in the gym, and taking GH isnt really what you need to be concentrating on.
 
While I agree with Quadsmack about seeing more results from Testosterone, I think 3iu/day is much more effective than 2iu/day. If you can't handle the sides then go with 2iu like Maldorf said. It depends on what brand GH you are using too. This may be off but it sounds like you're more interested in gaining lean muscle than losing fat. If this is the case than I don't think you should go forward with GH because you will be disappointed. You'd be happier with 300mg/wk of test or even 25mg/day of anavar if you're avoiding injectables.
 
AAS incraease GH output and you will def. have 2i.u from just using a good dose of test and Dbol. high dose gh is not safe it will increase the size of internal organs as well..
 
I agree with the other posters. You can feel free to send any of that GH to me so it gets used before it goes bad.
 
Hey guys, thanks for the responses! I really appreciate your input. I forgot to mention that one of the reasons I decided to go on GH is the fact that I am feeling the affects of age kick in faster than usual. Although I am 25 (almost 26), I am experiencing accelerated hair loss. I am gaining weight faster than ever. I can't seem to grow as fast as I did. Memory is starting to fade. I thought the GH would have the ability to help me grow a little, while mainting or decreasing BF, and that I would also benefit from all those usually overlooked positives that GH offers. What I mean to say is that I am 25 but feel 33... You think GH could also help in that area?
 
25, almost 26, you don't know what a 33 yr old feels like! Accelarated hair loss is hereditary, so you are SOL, sorry. Gaining weight faster and not growing as fast is why you want to take GH??? This is part of life man, you can't "take something" everytime life gives you something you don't like.

Like Maldorf said, you only have 1 yr under your belt, hit it naturally for a while.
