GH & Fatloss... thoughts

First let me say that I have used the search function and spent some time researching before posting.

From what I have read it seems that the standard dose for gh and fatloss is in the 2-4iu range per day. However, I also heard people saying that eod is a better protocol with respect to recovery (though the study I read was children who were gh deficient so the recovery issue may be moot in that respect).

I guess I am just curious to see if people could comment on their experiences in using gh for fat loss as opposed to a mass builder. I am curious to see what kind of results were common. I am not proposing that I want to rely only on gh to this end, but for someone who is already on the lean side, how much can one expect from a 2-4iu gh run for upwards of 6 months?

That sounds great. I am also fairly lean and would like to get more lean without much interest in gaining muscle.
 
I lost 46lbs on 2iu's aday 5 days on 2 off. At 31" waist now. I have had to bump up to 3.3iu a day 7 days week now. It seems 2iu was enough to start, but the leaner I get the more I require.

i don't mean to come off as an offensive prick... but really... come on! is the gh the only thing you've changed to lose those 46 lbs?
because usually the stories i hear about "gh gets me lean quick" go something like this:
"yeah bro... took 4 iu per day for 6 weeks, then 8 iu for 6 weeks and i got shredded"
is that only thing you changed? you sure it was the gh?
"i'm positive bro... it's the main reason"
what else did you do?
"nothing"
what were you doing before you started dieiting, and how did you start dieting?
"well, i was training 4 days per week, and eating whatever i wanted... always junk food... then i cleaned up the diet and started eating around 2500 cals, low carb, low fat, high protein, started doing cardio twice a day, trained 6 days per week, 120 mcg clen, 100 mcg T3, ephedrine, hydroxycut... blah blah blah"
and... again... you're sure it's the gh?
"OFCOURSE!!!"

main reason... it's expensive and people want to justify using it.

2 caps of hydroxy cut per day will cause more fat loss... GH is used for a host of other reasons... here's a hint... people who usually use moderate GH, moderate slin, low aas usually grow better and get leaner than people who don't use gh or slin but go high on the aas...

That is a very interesting point. I only ask because after using the search function you hear some people raving about fat loss as a result of gh.

So you think the fat loss is sub par at best? Or only worthwhile in conjunction with slin and aas? I am just trying to be a sponge and soak up as much knowledge as I can.
 
I am on 3iu's a day 5 on 2 off for about 12 weeks so far. Been running red top thanktropins. I am also running 750mgs/week test cyp and 500 mgs/week deca. I am gaining weight, but leaning out despite being on a dirty bulk diet. I am not eating a total shit diet, but I am not eating clean either. Atleast one cheat meal a day. Before my last cycle started I was in 34 waist jeans, 12 weeks later I am up 10-12 lbs and in 32 waist jeans and they are alittle loose. I plan on running this cycle and HGH out until 20 weeks. At the current rate I'd be surprised if I don't end up in 30 waist jeans and up a total 20-25 lbs.

I never put weight on easily before despite everything else being exactly the same (training, gear, and diet). The only difference this time around is HGH. Maybe at my age (36) my natural HGH was low and holding me back to some degree? I don't know. But I am seriously considering running hgh year round after cycle at maybe 2iu a day 5/2

Thanks for the feedback. There seems to be some agreement that the low dose protocol can be helpful for fat loss (not discounting other factors of course)

I didn't ever say that all I did. It helped though. Alot, I also used small dose DNP and ate fantastically clean. I also worked out high intensity 6-7 days a week. I never once said it was all I did. BUT in combination with everything else it helped alot.
 
HGH is a good for fat loss, but it isnt a miracle drug thats for sure..It will make things easier, and help with the fat loss process...Honestly, for me it helps with leaning out (some, but also doing clen, T3, ECA stack works better) and keep you full looking or helping retain the muscle as you diet down...
