First let me say that I have used the search function and spent some time researching before posting.
From what I have read it seems that the standard dose for gh and fatloss is in the 2-4iu range per day. However, I also heard people saying that eod is a better protocol with respect to recovery (though the study I read was children who were gh deficient so the recovery issue may be moot in that respect).
I guess I am just curious to see if people could comment on their experiences in using gh for fat loss as opposed to a mass builder. I am curious to see what kind of results were common. I am not proposing that I want to rely only on gh to this end, but for someone who is already on the lean side, how much can one expect from a 2-4iu gh run for upwards of 6 months?
