Isn't there a concern of the stuff freezing in transit? I would think it's best to wait until it's above freezing consistently.

Yes, I agree better than summer, but you don't want it to freeze. Wouldn't oct-nov or march-april be optimal, i.e. when the temp is like 32-50 deg F?

Doubtful that the vials themselves will be exposed to the elements...

They will definitely be exposed to the cold temp for some period of time--how much i don't know.

The ONLY time that freezing is not a good idea is if it is in Aquilot form...If it is lypholyzed, it is BEST to freeze it for long term storage.
