So i've always done the 2iu's a.m. 2iu's pwo when dieting(b/c cortisol is highest in the a.m. and growth is best pwo) with Gh and used it at 10iu's 3x per week pwo only when bulking, but now im reading all this new info from MassiveG and Phil and its making me rethink things. Im currently dieting and planned on using what always worked(2 morning 2iu pwo) but a few have been saying to only take it in larger doses pwo EOD or 3x per week. Now, are those of you who recommend this, even with dieting, recommending this for safety reasons(glucose,thyroid,etc..) or for increased gains?
