I am wanting to start using this but I do not have any bw on hand was wondering if either of theses options would work since I have both in posession.

if I could use sterile water?

or if I could use 0.9%saline iv solution? I can get either one pretty easy since we carry them on our paramedic squad. when I do hcg I used the sterile water with no problems

Yes both will work just fine. You can even use a 1% acetic acid mixture.
