My girlfriend is starting to diet, finally. She started doing cardio, and wanted to take supps to help a little. I dont want to give her anything that will make her jittery. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe Green Tea and CLA? BrooklynJuice, what do you think?
 
Hmm

Green Tea, Some ALA, CLA, an ephedra free fat burner, and most importantly get her on a good diet, what is her diet like. Remember women are like us after taking 2 grams of test and coming off running 150mgs of clomid every day, or should I say emotional, so keep telling her how great she looks, and how much progress you are seeing.

I workout with my girlfriend now everyday at 5:30am in the mourning so she has no excuses, we lift for about 30mins then I lift more or do cardio with her, get her to lift and do cardio, and the pounds will shed off.

Post her diet up here and bodyweight height ect.. and im sure some of us can help her out.

One more idea, get her a subscription to womens fitness or one of the girl mags, this will have tips, and help her progress.
 
shes 5'5, prob high 130s... I didnt really post her diet, because shes not super into it like I am. Frankly, I dont care if she looks like a fitness chick or not, I tend to like girls a *little* soft. However, her ass has gotten too big, haha. Little too much junk in the trunk. I know that if I put her on a super restrictive diet she will end up breaking it, so I think its best to change her diet slowly. She eats like shit, but she is slowly changing it. She's lowering her carbs and fat intake.

I figured I would start her out on like 3 grams of CLA daily along with Green Tea. What do ya think? What are good doses of other supplements?

I say chain her to the bumper of your truck and drive around the parking lot of the mall. Make her sweat if off. And stop eating.... completely. Like no food for a month. Or put her on the Sexercise program. 30 minutes first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then 30 minutes at noon before lunch, and 30 minutes before bed.

Is she going to the gym now? Will she not take ephedrine? You could give it to her and tell her its E-free. Remember to do that little trick with the andro spray and her skin lotion, get her nice and horned up.

I am in the SAME boat as you. My GF has been slowly learning to diet and exercise and I gave her ephedrine and I thought she was gonna die! She HATED it. She is using Xenadrine EFX non ephedrine formula and has no problem with it. It is definetly helping. She takes two in the am with her coffee and two more at lunch. I started her on one at a time though just to make sure she could handle it. Some good advice posted already from the other bros. Ease her into it slowly and give her lots of praise and you will see that BIG BUTT getting smaller, tighter and rounder!!
 
I agree with Mr. Pickels. I would lock her in a closet for 2 weeks with 2 buckets. One with water and one for pissing. Don't worry, no food=no shit. She'll thank you in the long run.
