Giving more than once every 8 weeks?

starting an eq cycle and is worried about RBC count. The place I go only allows donating once every 8 weeks for a single. If RBC gets too high is there a way to donate more often? Like 6 weeks?

If you need to donate more frequently than 8 weeks, you could search for a local donation center that's not affiliated with the current center you go to. Just don't over do it and get your hematocrit levels low in the process.

I have to donate on a regular basis to keep my "hematocrit" levels normal. I'm able to do it more frequently, as I'm on Dr. directed orders to do so, as part of TRT...typically donate ever 5-10 weeks, depending if I'm cruising on TRT or blasting.

You may be worrying for nothing .do you usually have high hematocrit/hemoglobin ? I use high doses and stay on for long periods of time .my numbers are kept in control donating every 2-3 months.i have been donating like this for about 4-5 years now and always keep my numbers in the normal to high normal range .in the past before i started donating my numbers were pretty high .

Yeah, I naturally have a pretty high hematocrit/hemoglobin levels. I think as long as my diet stays clean and little to no alc while on I'll probably be fine. But just in case

Some people are getting some good blood.. I donated every 8 weeks and was fine. Probably didn't even need to but my work basically pays for us to do it so why not?
