What countries are most friendly, otc, legal or very lightly prosecuted ?
I'm travelling personally, don't post anything about where a certain source is here on this board or any board, I'm talking about myself travelling and I want to know where I will find a wide range OTC and not break the laws of the country.
I have travelled to this part of the world before, I know with the EU that it has changed somewhat from external pressure. I'm aware of Thailand, Turkey, Greece(maybe ?).
I'm simply talking Eastern European countries, Latvia, Estonia, Czech R, possibly Lithuania and Poland. This isn't the reason for my trip, simply an interest as I'm travelling there anyways. Any input is appreciated. Mods feel free to delete if this is over the line. I preferred to post in main forum but chose this one in case.
