Ok fellas, I told myself when I hit 30, I was going to "clean" myself out...Well I am going to try some toxic detox and well my pipes need cleaning. I think the years of heavy food and meats, is taking its toll on me...I feel more lathargic, depressed, sleep way too much, belly always feels bloated, and it is just time to get the waste out.

You can also try massive dosing of Psyllium Husks (I live by them) in powder form. Works great to cleanse the colon on a regular basis. I take a few grams every other day or so.

It says to use under doctors supervision but is sold OTC. So as long as you're smart enough to follow directions I don't see a problem. Its much cheaper too!

I've done 3 week long fasting cleanses, about one every six months. Psyllium husk and benonite clay shakes and as much organic apple juice as you want, thats it for 5 days. It was tough but worth it, made my joints feel a lot better, made my bloated mid-section flatten out. Yes I lost size and strength but it came right back. I would recomend it to anyone. Once you get past the first two days the desire to eat goes away and you get kind of an enlightened feeling, no joke, give it a shot.

I felt like lethargic or bloated like you sayd 3 or 4 times in my life, and i just rest 20 days, low protein low carbs diet, lots of fruits, vegies, metamucil, 4 to 5 meals a day and 20 days without train, no tabs, injections or any medication, no whey, just relaxing, and i feel like new....but i dont have pictures to show you my shit i am sorry...

I think this is more for regular people like always eat fast food, fats, sugars, fryed things and garbage.

I am not saying this is bad so good look, and please dont take pics.

I will keep you all posted...hey I figured I have spent thousands of dollars on HYPED products(protein, shark cartliage, DHEA, and the list goes on)...if this even works 50%, that is 50% cleaner my pipes will be.

and the toxin clense looks like a good deal.

Well life is about trial-and-error...and if I get EXPLOSIVE CRAP, then I have learned that COLINX is not for me and DR. NATURA has an over priced laxitive.

I will for sure keep you all posted.

I will be starting it on my 3 day off stretch...I will be taking it for 3 MONTHS...it took years to get plugged up, it should take a couple months to get unplugged...and I would be more scared if the site said be clean in 3 days...then you know you will be shitting yourself.
