Going to Maui for 10 days, any gyms?

Are there any gyms close to kanapali or whatever it's spelled, are there gyms that sell like a two weeks pass or anything?

Also any good suggestions on food? Thought about buying food from costco

No word on gyms...
If you don't find any that suit your needs may I suggest running nearby hills or even the beach.
Push ups. Pull ups. Body weight squats.
Might be good to switch up for a couple weeks
Think of it as a deload week...
Just an unsolicited suggestion should you not find any gyms with a two week pass, etc.

Don’t know about any stand alone gyms but I’ll bet some of the posh resorts have them. Using them . . . you will have to be creative.

Restaurants come and go. What was there when I was there may very well be gone. There are some ‘standards’ but they will be
bust as to be expected. As you intimated buying food and preparing it yourself is an option if you have a place to do so.

On a side note, take the road to Hana and do the walk to the waterfall. Magic, won’t regret it. And sunrise at the top of the volcano (dress warm).

nothing better then getting a work out high while being out in the sun and observing the natural surroundings.
