Cholesterol, bad fats?????
For some reason, when i eat just meat with a lot of fat, my hormone levels sky rocket. Ive read in several books how your body needs cholesterol, my holistic doctor also agrees that cholesterol is very beneficial. BUT you cant have both cholesterol and sugar, alcohol, and caffeine, that combination is what causes your cholesterol to rise!
What all of you dont understand is that your liver pretty much ultimately will determine how long you live and what you are susceptible too as far as disease is concerned. We are all born with tiny gallstones in the liver ducts. After doing a lot of research on this my conclusions are that its all based on how many you currently have and what areas of the liver they are concentrated in. Ever wonder how someone can have cancer and eat the same diet as you and another person can eat exactly the same and have a six pack without even watching their diet? Thats your true genetics in my opinion, the medical community will never admit this because this will be the end of their billion dollar empire. Not to sound like a socialist =) Im a business man too but believe in being honest and not misleading like a lot of businesses in our world. Im now starting to flush out my liver and will post monthly on my results. Its gonna be a long haul but its time to stop putting it off as my allergies are now starting to affect my heart.
