Im basically new to the bodybuilding world bc Ive been playing all my whole life. Can anyone recommend any good books that do good job of explaining things such as precontest diet,etc. I have so many questions and I cant ask them all on the boards.
if your really new to the sport and arent even confident of the basics... I would recommend signing up at a begginers board like abc.com, then maybe rippedmass... this board will just confuse u, more advanced questions here, and you gotta start at point a to get to z.
i am very confident in the basics but I never see much on precontest training and diet. I plan on doing a showin the future and would like to read up on differen routines
