Whats a good book to read for beginners for powerlifting.
I am not a powerlifter, mainly a fitness enthusiast and want a good physique but my strength on most major lifts are average to below average. And strength clearly has a correlation with size and muscle shape to some extent. So I want to learn a little bit of powerlifting and increase my lifts.
