i was thinking some form of test with maybe winstrol or eq. low dosages of each around 250-275mg/week. start pct 2 weeks after last injection using nolvadex/vitamins/etc.. my question is, i already have my bad days where my face breaks out but here lately its been clear and clearing up well and i want a test that has the is least prone to breakouts... i know of several different forms of test, test e, test cyp, sust, and so on but what all are the big differences? first cycle btw..
stats are 6'1'' 205lbs
maybe 16% bf..
biceps: 15''
chest: 42"
neck: 16"
forearm: 13"

im 20 and ive read and been told that a first cycle should consist of test being the staple. im open to all suggestions for cycles but i mostly wanna put on a little mass and cut up..
 
Test Cycle only.

Bro if this is your first cycle I would tell you to do a Test only cycle. I would suggest Test Cypionate or Test Enanthate at 300 to 400mg's a week. Both these Tests are long esters and your cycle should be a minimum of 12 wks, not more than 20wks. Keep your diet clean, add plenty of protien, and get a good routine down in the gym. You will see good gains, and get a good base started for future endevors. My 2 cents.
 
Some claim to break out less wile on and for some it's fairly bad on the back but it seems thats how it goes, everyones different.

And if you have been researching here (this is should probably be posted in the beginners forum) than you know what is going to be asked, how long have you been lifting? What is your diet?
 
ive been lifting off an on for 2 or so years. i started really hard last summer and didn't really lose motivation until school started back up this year. now this semester in college i started back on my routine and im sticking to it. i dont eat much sugar at all, 100% whole wheat, skim milk, lots of tuna, egg whites+some whole eggs(mostly white), grilled chicken, turkey, no pork, lean meats, lots of water...i found a nice diet guideline on steroid.com under the dieting tab which im going to adhere to starting next week.. around 4500cal 7 or so meals spread throughout the day.
 
i am two weeks and three days into my first cycle bro...test only...as far as acne goes... i did start to break out a little bit on my chest, but it went away as soon as i started to use a loofa on it in the shower every day after the gym. but my face actually cleared up completely..and oddly, i hade some acne scarring on my chin...it went away! i have no explanation for this...its pretty cool though.

4500 cals with yuor stats - yuo're going to put on fat.
 
i didnt plan on eating everybit of what it said i was just more or less using it as i guideline for foods..
 
so a well balanced diet with training and 300mg/wk for 12 weeks sound good? followed by pct 2 weeks after last injection with nolva/clomid/vitamins/etc..
 
At 20 yrs old I would seriously wait before I did any type of AAS. Your system is putting out maximum amounts of test already. I would bet that with some tweaking of your diet and training you can make some very impressive gains w/out aas now!! There are some excellent supps on the market which are safe and effective. My advice is to wait a while!! Just my 2 cents worth here.

20 yo kids should not be doing any steroids. How this thread made it to 12 posts at Promuscle before "hey your only 20" comes out is beyond me!:eek: .

cstinger: READ oldfellas post and look into diet (food is the most anabolic thing on the planet) and breaking through plateaus naturally before doing and AAS, which IMO should not be for another few years.

Uhhhhh, lets see. Hmmmm. Yup - personally I would wait till 26 or later.
If you are still popin' zits, you either still have lots of test floating around your system or really, really bad hygine.

Read this if you read nothing else - FOOD is the MOST anabolic substance on the planet (dammit, got so fired up I just repeated what Drob29 said). If you take everything you can buy, but don't eat enough, you will not grow.
1st order of business - get your diet looked at &
2nd order of business - get your training program fine tuned by Phil Hernon.

Are you kidding, I can't believe this thread made it this far either. Christ! At ANY age you tell us you have been lifting on and off for 2 years!! Thats like saying I got my drivers license last week so I think I'll start drag racing. What is wrong with these people who seem to think that if they are gonna bother to train hard they should start using AAS!

Personally, I wouldn't even say you are ready to start using frickin Creatine yet, never mind do a cycle. I realize not everyone is a geek like me who will research how to take a shit the right way before he does it, but damn, do people think this is no big deal, its not a damn daily vitamin.

I don't mean to insult these kids, but they MUST realize from all the news media how illegal AAS are and should clue in on the fact that it might be something not taken lightly.

"i mostly wanna put on a little mass and cut up" is NOT a good reason for a 20yo who sounds like he just now learning about nutrition and diet to start his first cycle.

I really get worked up about this stuff, as I am young enuf to remember that I sure as hell new better than this at his age and woulda been ashamed to even contemplate doing this.
